2005年有两大热点,一个是医改问题大争论。这是我国医疗卫生事业发展的拐点,各类各级医院管理者都在等待着新的医改政策的出台,以便进一步明确医院的发展方向。第二个热点,就是医院管理年活动,加强医院内涵建设。2005年初,我国卫生部正式出台了《全国医院院长岗位培训》文件要求,准备了15门课程,要求医院院长要通过管理培训后才能上岗。有人称2005年是医院管理培训元年。
There are two major hot spots in 2005. One is the controversy over health care reform. This is an inflection point in the development of China’s medical and health undertakings. All levels of hospital administrators are waiting for the introduction of new medical reform policies in order to further clarify the direction of development of the hospital. The second hotspot is the year of hospital management and the strengthening of hospital connotation construction. In early 2005, the Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China formally issued the “National Hospital Dean Post Training” document requirements, prepared 15 courses, requiring the hospital dean to go through post-management training. Some claimed that 2005 was the first year of hospital management training.
