1994年以来,企业改革已成为 我国经济改革的重点,因此, 了解企业对改革进程的看法是人们所关心的问题。国家统计局综合司所进行的企业景气调查,可以说是对这一问题的答案。 对于现代企业制度的看法,81.6％的企业认为建立现代企业制度是企业本身发展的需要,只有9.1％的企业认为是社会的要求。但是,对于现代企业制度,企业的理解还不很一致,有29.9％的企业认为现代企业制度就是实行公司制,10.7％的企业认为实行公司制就是搞股份有限公司,6.3％的企业认为
Since 1994, corporate reform has become the focus of China’s economic reforms. Therefore, understanding the views of companies on the reform process is a matter of concern to people. The business climate survey conducted by the General Department of the National Bureau of Statistics can be said to be the answer to this question.
