生产力的不断发展,是一切社会形态变迁的终极原因,也是一种社会形态内部社会经济关系变革的根本动力。发展生产力是我国社会主义初级阶段一切工作的中心,深化经济体制改革的根本目的也是为了解放生产力。因此,认真地研究生产力要素结构的变革及其发展规律,具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。本文拟对生产力结构要素的变化、科学技术是“第一生产力”、生产力发展规律等几个问题,做一些探讨。
The continuous development of productive forces is the ultimate cause of all social changes and also the fundamental driving force for changes in the social and economic relations within a social formation. The development of productive forces is the center of all our work in the primary stage of socialism. The fundamental purpose of deepening the reform of the economic system is also to liberate the productive forces. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study seriously the changes in the structure of the productive forces and their development. This article intends to make some discussions on the changes of the elements of the productive forces structure, science and technology as the “primary productive forces” and the law of development of the productive forces.
