I. INTRODUCTION Compared with oil and gas, coal-water slurry has potential problems in combustion performance. For example, coal-water slurry can not ignite easily, and the flame temperature and the rate of heat release are low. The flame is not stable and the combustion is not easy. Although coal-water slurry can be burned in industrial boilers at present, these problems are still the main problems of coal-water slurry combustion. In order to stabilize the combustion often use rotating airflow or poor flow body approach.
