各种肾脏病至终末期均可出现尿毒症,病情严重,治疗困难。透析疗法及肾移植是治疗尿毒症的重要手段。但我国目前由于设备、人力的限制,能接受这些治疗者为数有限,非透析疗法在临床上仍占有重要地位。此外,透析疗法也只能替代肾脏功能的一部分,接受透析疗法者也仍然必需重视非透析治疗。因此我们组织了这次笔谈,就尿毒症治疗中常见的一些问题的处理及饮食疗法、中医治疗等进行讨论,以供广大读者参考。
A variety of kidney disease can end uretermia, serious condition, treatment difficulties. Dialysis therapy and kidney transplantation is an important means of treatment of uremia. However, due to the limited equipment and manpower in our country, the number of those who can receive these treatments is limited. Non-dialysis therapy still occupies an important position clinically. In addition, dialysis therapy can only replace part of the function of the kidney, dialysis therapy practitioners must still attach importance to non-dialysis treatment. Therefore, we organized this writing to discuss the treatment of some common problems in uremia treatment, diet therapy and TCM treatment for reference of readers.
