在自然条件下,研究光强对粗壮女贞光合日变化及其他生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:在光照强度100%、80%、65%、40%条件下,Pn未出现“光合午休”现象;自然光照下,粗壮女贞平均Pn在一天中保持较高,SOD和POD的活性较低,叶绿素总量较光照40%条件下较低。光照40%条件下,Pn在一天中始终处于最低水平,SOD和POD的活性最高,MDA含量最低。综合比较各参数,光照40%最适合粗壮女贞生长。
Under natural conditions, the effects of light intensity on photosynthetic diurnal changes and other physiological and biochemical characteristics of Prunella robusta were studied. The results showed that Pn did not appear “midday depression” under 100%, 80%, 65%, 40% light intensity conditions. Under natural light, the average Pn of lopsided privet remained high in one day, but SOD and POD Lower activity, total chlorophyll 40% lower than the light conditions. Under the condition of 40% light, Pn always kept the lowest level in one day, the activities of SOD and POD were the highest, and the content of MDA was the lowest.
