通过试验测定了所用发酵罐的体积氧传递系数，发现中生菌素分批发酵过程中溶解氧浓度呈现规律性变化，得出生长临界氧浓度为１２％，发酵的最适溶解氧浓度为４０％左右。溶解氧的变化可以作为判断发酵过程状态的指标。
The volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient of fermenter was determined through experiments. It was found that the concentration of dissolved oxygen in batch fermentation of cyclophilin showed a regular change, and the critical oxygen concentration of growth was 12% and the optimum dissolved oxygen concentration of fermentation was 40 %about. Dissolved oxygen changes can be used as an indicator of the status of the fermentation process.
