随着改革开放的深入发展以及计划生育的顺利实施,我国人口老龄化的情况也越来越突出,老年人的储蓄和收入也在逐步提升。然而,有关老人遗产的纷争也愈演愈烈。因此,我们在探讨如何完善养老制度的同时,还应该重视老年人在百年后的遗产处理问题以及保证他们遗嘱的合法性、真实性和完整性。老人在暮年如何规划、处理自己的遗产,如何维护家庭的团结和社会的和谐才能彰显出我们民族的群体智慧呢?本文通过对案例的剖析,简要阐述一下关于遗产继承被转移登记的分析。
With the deepening of the reform and opening up as well as the smooth implementation of family planning, the population aging in our country is also becoming more and more prominent. The savings and income of the elderly are also gradually increasing. However, disputes over the legacy of the elderly have also intensified. Therefore, while discussing how to improve the pension system, we should also attach importance to the issue of the legacy of the elderly after a hundred years and ensure the legitimacy, authenticity and completeness of their wills. How elderly people plan and handle their own inheritance in the twilight years and how to safeguard family unity and social harmony can reveal the collective wisdom of our nation? This article briefly analyzes the case analysis on the transfer of inheritance and registration.
