人在旅途,说得上“一路绿灯、一帆风顺”的人极少,对绝大多数人来说,挫折、磨难、逆境,多于坦途、顺利、成功。如果不善待挫折和失败,终日烦恼、怨愤、长吁短叹,悲观消沉,久而久之,必然劳其心志、伤其体魄,贻误大事。挫折是现实生活中的正常现象,人人都不可完全避免。因此,为了保持自身人格的完整和心理的平衡,就必须要有应付各种困难与遭受挫折的思想准备。众所周知,挫折作为一种情绪状态和一种个人体验,人与人的耐受性是大不相同的。有的人面临一个又一个严重的挫折,能够坚韧不拔、百折不挠;有的人稍遇挫折便意志消沉、一蹶不振,甚至痛不欲生。有的人在生活中受多大的挫折都能忍耐,但不能忍受事业上的失败;有的人可以忍受工作上的严
