企业生产的主体是工人、工程技术人员。我厂从今年以来安全生产出现的新动向,其表现特征是干部参加劳动的机会增多,发生工伤事故的倾向增高。1～9月份发生的5起轻伤事故中,一线工人1起,三线工人1起,干部3起,占事故总数的60％,是80年代没有的现象。反应了干部在劳动过程中由于思想认识不足和生理上的不适应发生行为过失,也是安技部门没有预料到的新问题。这个“信号”促使我们思考。
The main body of production is workers, engineers and technicians. The new trend of safety in our factory from this year appears that the chances for cadres to participate in labor increase and the tendency of work injury accidents increases. From January to September in 5 minor injuries, there were 1 front-line workers, 1 third-line workers and 3 cadres, accounting for 60% of the total number of accidents, which were not observed in the 1980s. It reflects the new problems that cadres did not expect because of lack of ideological understanding and physical incommensurability in the labor process. This “signal” prompted us to think.
