The U.S. Navy is planning to replace its outdated ALQ-126B countermeasure system with its F / A-18C / D fighter aircraft using a self-contained radio frequency countermeasures (RFCM) unit of the Integrated Defense Electronic Countermeasure (IDECM) system. The RFCM system contains the main part of the IDECM system being developed for the Navy F / A-18E / F fighter aircraft. Designers are designing the RFCM section and fiber drag bait (FOTD) for the IDECM system
