针对交通信息资源整合工程中,道路交通安全综合评价所需数据来源多样、异构、动态的特点,提出以信息融合技术为手段的路段交通安全评价模型,分析了影响道路交通安全的人、车、路和环境等因素,确定了从信息资源整合工程中抽取的数据集及频度。在实现过程中,模型从相关业务数据库中自动提取与道路安全等级相关的因素数据,根据分类规则生成每个因素的评价矩阵,利用模糊综合评判公式计算评价向量,根据最大隶属度原则进行安全性评判。应用模型对西宝高速公路杨凌段交通安全进行综合评价,其最大隶属度为0.265,表明该路段交通安全属于较安全。同时发现超速行驶、疲劳驾驶、汽车爆胎和不良天气等因素评分较低,这与该路段上的事故统计数据相符合。
Aiming at the diversified, heterogeneous and dynamic data sources of traffic safety comprehensive evaluation in traffic information resource integration project, a road traffic safety evaluation model based on information fusion technology is proposed, and the impact of road traffic safety on people and vehicles , Roads and the environment and other factors, to determine the data set from the integration of information resources and frequency of the project. Applying the model to comprehensively evaluate the traffic safety of Yangling section of Xibao Expressway, the maximum membership degree is 0.265, which shows that the traffic safety of this section is safer. Also found that speeding, fatigue driving, tire puncture and bad weather and other factors lower scores, which is consistent with the accident statistics on the road section.
