神经移植、合成导管等均曾用于下齿槽神经修复,但仅移植者成功率较高。改善的胶原材料的出现已提供了更有效的非神经移植修复材料。本研究比较两种修复法对两种不同类型神经损伤的修复效果,也比较了外侧骨板修复对神经修复的影响。用新西兰兔63只进行试验:对下颌神经施以挤压伤、小段切除(1cm)或大段切除(2cm);然后用自体坐骨神经或胶原管修复,于术后4,8,16周进行
Nerve grafts, synthetic catheters, etc. have been used for the repair of inferior alveolar nerve, but only a high success rate of transplant recipients.
