出血性脑梗塞是发生脑梗塞之后又出现梗塞区及/或邻近区域的出血。临床上比较少见,过去的诊断需要病理解剖证实,自从CT、MRI应用临床以来,才有了可靠的临床诊断方法,笔者见到3例,现摘要报告如下,并结合有关文献进行讨论。 例1,女74岁,心脏病史5年,因突发左侧肢体偏瘫入院。查体:神志模糊,轻左面瘫,心率92次/min,脉率72次/min,律不整,未闻及杂音,左肢体肌力Ⅱ级,巴氏征(+),右正常。病后6小时行头CT正
