社会排斥理论是指社会弱势群体在劳动力市场以及社会障体系中受到主流社会的排挤,并且这种排挤通过社会的“再造”而累积与传递。从“游戏规则”层面和贫困生层面,社会排斥理论可以有效解释当前高校贫困生就业遇到瓶颈的深层次原因。政府应从法律、法规层面制定防止就业排斥的相关制度,创造一个公平合理的就业氛围与就业环境,建立公正的就业体系。高校贫困生应努力提升自身的人力资本,使自己成为综合素质高、应用能力强、具有竞争力的求职者。“,”Social exclusion theory refers to the phenomenon that social disadvantaged groups are excluded by the mainstream society in labor markets and social security systems.The exclusions are accumulated and passed on by social“reconstruction.”As a sociological theory of social de-velopment problems continuing to explore the latest theoretical research,social exclusion theory provides a referential perspective to resolve the problem of employment of college student from economically disadvantaged families.Social exclusion theory helps to analyze the deepest reason why it is so difficult for college students from economically disadvantaged families to find a suit-able job.In order to solve these problems,the government,on the one hand,should create a fair and reasonable employment environment and an impartial employment system to prevent the employment exclusion systems by the making of laws and rules.The college students from economically disadvantaged families,on the other hand,should raise their human capital and social capital to become a competitive job seeker with high comprehensive quality and applica-tion ability.
