目的:为前臂桡动脉皮支逆行筋膜皮瓣修复手部创面提供解剖学基础。方法:采用23 侧成人上肢标本,分别从桡骨茎突上5 cm 处桡动脉和肱动脉插管灌注墨汁和红色乳胶,解剖观测桡动脉下段发出的皮动脉分支数目、管径、高度、分布范围及与其它皮动脉的交通与吻合。结果:桡动脉下段( 桡骨茎突尖上5 cm 范围内) 桡侧发出有2 ~3 条,尺侧发出有0 ~2 条皮动脉。这些皮动脉与腕部动脉网的皮支间有广泛的交通与吻合。结论:桡动脉下段的皮动脉及腕部动脉网的皮支多,而且非常恒定,通过前臂逆行筋膜皮瓣蒂部组织能为筋膜皮瓣提供充足的血供。可在前臂设计桡动脉皮支筋膜蒂逆行筋膜皮瓣修复手背或手掌的大面积软组织缺损。
OBJECTIVE: To provide an anatomical basis for the repair of the hand wound by the forearm radial artery dermatoplasty flap. Methods: Twenty-three adult upper extremities were perfused with radial ink and red latex through the radial artery and brachial artery at a distance of 5 cm from the radial styloid process. The number, diameter, height and distribution of the cutaneous branches of the radial artery were dissected. And with other cutaneous artery traffic and anastomosis. Results: The radial artery in the lower segment (radial styloid process within 5 cm radius) issued 2 to 3 radial ulnar issued 0 ~ 2 of the cutaneous artery. These dermal arteries and wrist artery network between the skin and branches have a wide range of traffic and anastomosis. CONCLUSION: The dermal arteries of the lower radial artery and the arteries of the wrist are numerous and very constant. The pedicle tissue of the retrograde fascia flap provides adequate blood supply to the fascia flap. In the forearm design radial dermoid fascia pedicle pedicle retrograde fascia flap to repair the back of the hand or large soft tissue defects.
