在2012年滨南采油厂作业井故障统计中,抽油杆断裂是造成躺井的主要原因之一,严重影响了油井的正常生产,增加了设备管理难度。据统计2012年因杆断造成躺井156口,占躺井比例23.5%。随着对偏磨井油管的工艺治理,杆断取代管漏成为采油厂躺井的主要原因。针对抽油杆疲劳断裂原因,我们在2013年对部分杆断作业井进行了细致的调查,主要从“断面损伤位置、抽油杆材质、井液介质、生产参数、负荷、处理工艺”六方面进行了现场对比分析。对杆断规律总结了几点认识,为下步抽油杆投入管理起到了一定的指导作用。

Summarized several rules on the broken rod understanding, for the next step into the management of sucker rod has played a guiding role.
