全身性红斑性狼疮(SLE)是一播散性结缔组织疾病,而导致闭塞性动脉内膜炎。虽一般认为这种病例对放射的耐受性较其它患者为低,但 SLE伴宫颈癌患者作根治性放疗后并发盆部严重并发症者文献未见报道。本文报告1例。
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a disseminated connective tissue disease that results in obliterative arterial intimalitis. Although this case is generally considered to be less resistant to radiation than other patients, no literature has been reported on SLE with cervical pelvic complications following radical radiotherapy. This article reports 1 case.
