本文研究了一定声强下,高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)不同的照射治疗时间和次数对H22肝癌生长的抑制作用,旨在探讨HIFU治疗肿瘤的最适宜照射时间、次数及照射方式。实验结果表明,HIFU照射治疗剂量、治疗方式、次数及间隔时间的变化对其抑制肿瘤生长的生物学效应均有一定的影响。这一发现对于加强HIFU治疗肿瘤的生物学效应,减少组织的创伤性反应等方面均有一定的临床意义。
In this paper, we studied the inhibition of H22 hepatocellular carcinoma growth with different intensity and time of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) treatment under certain intensity, aiming to investigate the optimal irradiation time, number of times and irradiation method for HIFU treatment of tumor. The experimental results show that the changes in dose, treatment method, frequency and interval of HIFU irradiation have certain effects on the biological effects of inhibiting tumor growth. This finding has certain clinical significance for strengthening the biological effects of HIFU treatment of tumors and reducing tissue traumatic reactions.
