为了评价足月窒息新生儿肾功能的变化,作者于1983年7月1日至1985年6月30日进行了前瞻性研究。窒息组21例,生后1分钟阿氏评分≥3分。对照组20例,1分钟评分≥9分。研究分二个阶段,生后24~48小时为第一阶段。两组均在压迫膀胱后用尿收集袋收集尿液,测24小时尿量,电解质,肌酐,尿渗透压,同时取末梢静脉血测电解质,肌酐,尿素氮。按常规公式计算肌酐清除率,滤过钠排泄分数(FeNa)和肾衰指数(RFI)。生后48~72小时为第二阶段,窒息组在第二阶段重复第一阶段的各项检查。生后24小时最低摄入量60
To assess changes in renal function in neonates with term asphyxia, a prospective study was conducted from July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1985. Asphyxia group of 21 cases, 1 minute after birth, Ashleigh score ≥ 3 points. Control group of 20 patients, 1 minute score ≥ 9 points. Study divided into two stages, 24 to 48 hours after birth for the first phase. Urine was collected in urine collection bags in both groups after oppression of the bladder, urine volume, electrolytes, creatinine and urine osmolality measured 24 hours, electrolytes, creatinine and urea nitrogen in peripheral venous blood at the same time.
