养成教育是基础教育的重要环节,是改进德育的重要方面。但是长期以来,学校教育和家庭教育在应试教育这根指挥棒的指导下走入了误区。不少“恨铁不成钢”的教师和“望子成龙”的父母心中的“好学生”“好孩子”的衡量标准就是学习成绩,只注重智育,而忽视思想品德、道德素质教育。因此,养成教育就成了德育工作的重中之重,如何开展养成教育,我想谈一下个人的体会和感想。
