“高水平教师不是在象牙塔中培养出来的。”大学与幼儿园合作培养高水平幼儿园教师是国际趋势。浙江师范大学杭州幼儿师范学院顺应国际教师教育改革潮流,积极创新幼儿园教师培养机制,努力探索幼儿园教师驻园培养模式。本刊记者就幼儿园教师驻园培养模式的基本理念、设计思路、具体实施过程,以及它对教师教育基地的建设、教师教育机制的创新、区域幼教事业的推进有什么积极意义等问题,专访了浙江师范大学杭州幼儿师范学院院长秦金亮教授。
