2车辆技术管理存在问题改革开放特别是进入新世纪以来,我国经济形势发生了举世瞩目的变化。随着时代的发展、科技的进步,汽车工业日新月异,新技术、新材料、新结构、新能源在汽车上广泛应用。纵观车辆技术管理工作,虽取得了很多成绩,但在法规体系建设、标准规范建设、管理体制、管理理念、管理手段、队伍素质等方面还存在一些问题。
2 Problems in vehicle technology management Since the reform and opening up, especially since the beginning of the new century, there have been notable changes in the economic situation in our country. With the development of the times, the progress of science and technology, the automobile industry is changing with each passing day. New technologies, new materials, new structures and new energies are widely used in automobiles. Throughout the management of vehicle technology, although many achievements have been made, there are still some problems in the construction of the legal system, the construction of standard norms, the management system, management concepts, management tools and team quality.
