通过探讨6个国外引进的地被竹种光合生理特征,掌握引进地被竹种的栽培特性,丰富园林地被植物资源,为观赏地被竹种的高效培育和园林化利用提供科学依据。选取掌叶笹竹、熊笹竹、多枝笹竹、青丝赤竹、大笹竹和白纹椎谷笹竹为试验材料,用Licor-6400型便携式光合作用测定系统测量叶片的即时光合作用、光响应和CO_2响应特征。结果表明:(1)6个竹种中,白纹椎谷笹竹、青丝赤竹和大笹竹的即时光合作用显著强于熊笹竹和多枝笹竹;(2)光响应结果显示,白纹椎谷笹竹和青丝赤竹具有高最大净光合速率(Pmax)、低光补偿点(LCP)和普通饱和点(LSP),掌叶笹竹和大笹竹具有高Pmax、低LCP和高LSP,熊笹竹和多枝笹竹则表现为低Pmax、高LCP和普通LSP;(3)CO_2响应结果显示,青丝赤竹和白纹椎谷笹竹具有较高的CO_2饱和最大光合速率、羧化速率和较低的CO_2补偿点、饱和点,熊笹竹和多枝笹竹具有较低的CO_2饱和最大光合速率、羧化速率和较高的CO_2补偿点、饱和点。因此,青丝赤竹和白纹椎谷笹竹光能、CO_2利用率较高,可以在光照较弱的区域栽植;掌叶笹竹和大笹竹光合能力强,且适生区域较广;熊笹竹和多枝笹竹光合能力弱,应利用设施栽培以满足园林、盆景等小范围的需求。
The objective of this study is to explore the photosynthetic characteristics of 6 species of bamboo introduced by foreign countries, master the cultivation characteristics of introduced bamboo species, enrich the resources of ground cover plants and provide a scientific basis for the efficient cultivation and landscape utilization of bamboo species. The leaf photosynthesis, light response and CO_2 response characteristics of leaves were measured using Licor-6400 portable photosynthesis system. . The results showed as follows: (1) The instant photosynthesis of the white bamboo, the white bamboo, the white bamboo and the white bamboo in six bamboo species were significantly stronger than those in the bamboo and bamboo; (2) The results of light response showed that the white- Chlamys farreri possessed high maximum photosynthetic rate (Pmax), low light compensation point (LCP) and normal saturation point (LSP), and had high Pmax, low LCP and high LSP, (3) The results of CO_2 showed that the maximum photosynthetic rate of CO_2 saturation, carboxylation rate and the lower compensation point of CO_2 and saturation Point, Xiong bamboo and bamboo branches have lower CO 2 saturation maximum photosynthetic rate, carboxylation rate and higher CO 2 compensation point, saturation point. Therefore, the photosynthetic rate and CO 2 utilization rate of Chimonanthus praecox and Chimonanthus prairiens were higher, which could be planted in the areas with weaker light intensity. Bamboo bamboo photosynthetic capacity is weak, should be used to cultivate facilities to meet the garden, bonsai and other small-scale needs.
