环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在恶性肿瘤中的作用日趋受到重视,但其确切作用机制尚不清楚。COX-2高表达可通过抑制细胞凋亡、诱导肿瘤血管生成等途径促进食管癌的生长和浸润,选择性COX-2抑制剂的开发和应用有望为食管癌预防和治疗开辟新的途径。
The role of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in malignant tumors is gaining more and more attention. However, the exact mechanism of action of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) remains unclear. COX-2 overexpression can promote the growth and infiltration of esophageal cancer by inhibiting apoptosis and inducing tumor angiogenesis. The development and application of selective COX-2 inhibitors are expected to open up new avenues for the prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer.
