IT服务管理是目前电网企业比较欢迎的一个新的技术,ITIL为IT服务管理提供了一个非常实用的框架,为电网企业的运行起到了促进作用。本文主要对IT服务管理整合模型的构建以及电力行业IT服务管理进行了分析。
IT service management is currently a relatively new technology for power grid enterprises. ITIL provides a very practical framework for IT service management and plays a role in promoting the operation of power grid enterprises. This article mainly analyzes the construction of integration model of IT service management and IT service management in power industry.
