各位同志:今天我要谈的是关于冬学教育的方针以及与执行方针有关的几个主要问题。方针问题关于冬学方针问题。关于冬学的一般方针,中央已经确定了,这就是以学习文化(识字)为主,结合时事政策教育。现在的问题是,我们中南区如何执行这个方针呢?是仍然一般的来谈方针问题,还是要结合中南区具体情况来谈方针问题?「以学习文化为主,结合时事政策教育」,这是中央确定的一般方针,这是全国的总方针。我们在执行这个总的方针时就必须要结合具体情况,研究如何做?怎样做?通过什么步骤来做?这样,才能正确的执行中央的方针,才是中央方针的具体化。在全国总方针之下的因时因地制宜,乃是我们的正确思想方法和领导方法。否则,我们就不能把中央方针真正贯彻下去。
Ladies and gentlemen, I am going to talk about today’s guidelines on winter education and several major issues related to the implementation of the guidelines. It is our correct way of thinking and leadership under the general guidelines of the whole country. Otherwise, we can not truly implement the central principle.
