2004年6月底,安徽省顺利完成了在下岗职工再就业服务中心的20.6万下岗职工出中心任务,实现了下岗保障向失业保险并轨。目前,在出中心人员中,有85%的下岗职工拿到了足额经济补偿,25%的下岗职工得到了部分补偿或承诺补偿,90%的下岗职工社会保险关系得到接续,近50%的下岗职工实现了再就业,全省登记失业率控制在4%之内。在并轨过程中,安徽省妥善解决了人往哪里走、钱从哪里来、政策如何调整、失业保险和低保能否承受、社会保险如何接续等一系列问题。
By the end of June 2004, Anhui Province successfully completed the task of providing 206,000 laid-off workers out of service centers for laid-off workers and re-employment, and realized the merger of laid-off and unemployment insurance.
