对 16V2 80ZJ型机车柴油机的连杆螺钉进行了疲劳试验 ,研究了连杆螺钉的疲劳强度和疲劳寿命 ,分析了其断裂失效原因。通过试验研究提出了对连杆螺钉的改进措施 ,以提高连杆螺钉的疲劳强度及疲劳寿命。
The fatigue tests on connecting rod screws of 16V2 80ZJ locomotive diesel engine were carried out. The fatigue strength and fatigue life of the connecting rod screw were studied, and the causes of fracture failure were analyzed. Through the experimental research, the improvement measures to the connecting rod screw are proposed to improve the fatigue strength and fatigue life of the connecting rod screw.
