本文综台运用工艺分析、控制理论和阻抗技术,提出了切削加工控制系统动特性公式,通过振动试验和计算得到了公式中待求的机械系统等效动刚度,用实例计算了控制系统动特性和功率比。文章最后分析了包括机械系统在内的电仿形加工控制系统,并导出了测速发电机与动特性的关系式,从而指出了一种改善动特性、提高加工精度的简便途径。
In this paper, the dynamic characteristic formula of cutting control system is put forward by using process analysis, control theory and impedance technology. The equivalent dynamic stiffness of the mechanical system to be found in the formula is obtained through vibration test and calculation. In the end of this paper, the electrical profile control system including the mechanical system is analyzed, and the relationship between the dynamometer and the dynamic characteristics is derived. Thus, a simple way to improve the dynamic characteristics and improve the machining accuracy is pointed out.
