从一株小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)的单倍体花粉植株的幼穗外植体诱导出愈伤组织,经继代培养后分化138株再生植株,其中5株部分结实。所得42粒种子播种后得到34株R_2代植株,它们在株高、芒性、蜡质和成熟期等性状上出现变异。 R_3代一些株系分离,多数株系基本稳定。R_4代全部无性系基本稳定。 R_3代选出100多个稳定的无性系,取82个无性系的种子分析蛋白质含量,从中发现5个高蛋白无性系,含量介于19.16%和21.33%之间。 R_6代重复测定的结果与R,代的相近。各无性系的种子蛋白电泳组分和氨基酸含量也有差异。
The callus was induced from young ear explants of haploid pollen plants of a wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) strain. After subculture, 138 regenerated plants were differentiated, of which 5 were partially harvested. Thirty-four R_2 plants were obtained from 42 seeds after sowing, which showed variation in plant height, mantle, waxiness and maturity. Some strains were isolated on the R_3 line, most of the strains were basically stable. R_4 all clones basically stable. R_3 selected more than 100 stable clones, taking 82 clones of seed analysis protein content, found five high protein clones, content between 19.16% and 21.33%. The results of R_6 generation of repeated measurements are similar to those of R and generation. The seed protein electrophoresis components and amino acid content of clones are also different.
