小黑麦是我县新近试验推广种植的一个新物种,发展很快。一九七四年秋不到一亩,一九七六年推广种植一万二千亩,品种(系)也相应增加刭三百五十多个。发展所以这样迅速的一个重要原因,小黑麦本身具有抗病、耐瘠、高产、稳产、品质好等优良性状,深受广大贫下中农的欢迎。县委根据这一情况,为了认真解决占全县耕地面积60％的瘠薄干旱半山区
