乙醇是一种基本化工原料,它大量用在合成橡胶、纤维、塑料、医药、农药、香料制品、涂料、炸药、内燃机燃料等方面,据统计,我国有200多种化工原料是以乙醇为原料的。从国际工业生产来看,它更是一种大吨位产品。乙醇最早由农产品发酵法生产,这需要消耗大量的粮食,根本不能满足工业生产迅速发展的要求。早在上世纪就有人研究由乙烯水合来制取乙醇,主要有两个路线,即硫酸水合法和直接水合法。硫酸水合法实现工业生产的时间较早,但由于腐蚀问题严重,目前已逐渐被直接水合法取代。如何提高直接水合法的产率,目前还有许多科研问题。 Ethanol is a kind of basic chemical raw material. The earliest production of ethanol by the fermentation of agricultural products, which need to consume large amounts of food, simply can not meet the rapid development of industrial production requirements. As early as the last century, some people studied the production of ethanol from the hydration of ethylene, there are two main routes, that is, sulfuric acid hydration and direct hydration. Sulfuric acid hydration law to achieve industrial production earlier, but due to serious corrosion problems, has now gradually been replaced by direct hydration. How to improve the yield of direct hydration, there are still many scientific research issues.
