一、房地产业存在的问题分析近几年,我国经济的发展、城市化进程加快、居民收入水平提高及政府启动内需的政策,都为房地产业的发展注入了新的活力。总体分析我国的房地产业仍处在绿色景气区内运行,但是,局部过热和结构性问题应引起足够的重视。1、房地产投资稳步上升,地域热点显现发展经济理论告诉我们,资本积累,投资增加是经济增长的必要条件。没有投资的稳步增长,任何国家都不可能实现从农业国向工业化和现代化的转变。
I. Analysis of the Existing Problems in the Real Estate Industry In recent years, the development of China’s economy, the acceleration of urbanization, the improvement of the income level of residents and the government’s policy of starting domestic demand have all injected new vitality into the development of the real estate industry. Overall analysis China’s real estate industry is still operating in the green economy area, however, local overheating and structural problems should be given sufficient attention. 1. Real estate investment has risen steadily and regional hot spots have emerged Economic theory tells us that capital accumulation and investment increase are necessary conditions for economic growth. Without any steady growth in investment, no country can achieve the transformation from an agricultural country to industrialization and modernization.
