针对单一低渗煤层瓦斯抽采困难的问题,提出采用水力压裂技术压裂煤层增大其透气性,提高瓦斯抽采效果。以鹤壁中泰矿业33071抽放巷为试验点,考察了压裂前后百米钻孔瓦斯流量、瓦斯抽采浓度、抽采流量等参数变化情况。试验结果表明:百米钻孔瓦斯流量提高了1.80~2.68倍,单孔抽采浓度和流量比压裂前分别增大了7.5倍和95倍,煤层透气性系数增加了9~18倍,衰减系数减小了210%~280%。
In view of the difficulty of gas drainage in a single low permeability coal seam, hydraulic fracturing technology is proposed to increase the permeability of coal seam and improve the gas drainage effect. With 33071 drainage lane of Zhongtai Mining in Hebi as a test point, the gas flow rate, gas drainage concentration and pumping flow rate before and after fracturing were investigated. The test results show that the gas flow rate increases by 1.80 ~ 2.68 times in one hundred meters borehole, the single-hole pumping concentration and flow rate increase 7.5 times and 95 times respectively before fracturing, and the gas permeability coefficient of coal seam increases by 9 ~ 18 times, The coefficient is reduced by 210% ~ 280%.
