1 临床资料 患儿女,Ｏ型,Ｒｈ阳性,母亲Ｇ3Ｐ1,此次怀孕35周因重度妊高症于1999年4月8日行剖宫产术,患儿以“早产儿、低出生体重儿、窒息”入新生儿病房。患儿精神发育差,皮肤轻度发绀,无出血点及皮疹,体重1500ｇ。血常规:Ｈｂ199ｇ/ＬＲＢＣ4.64×1012/Ｌ,ＷＢＣ13.6×109
