医学分子生物学近十年来进展很快。它是探讨人体正常和疾病状态下各种生物大分子(如蛋白质、酶、核酸等)的结构与功能及其相互作用规律的科学。现今医学研究已深入到分子水平,在许多疾病的诊断治疗上也已采用了分子生物学手段和方法,诸如已在临床各学科所开展的聚合酶链反应(PCR)、克隆技术以及大片段DNA分析等。本刊为了满足临床内科医生对医学分子生物学基础知识与临床应用情况的了解,特请同济医科大学医学分子生物学研究室的几位专家撰写了本次专题连续讲座,共5讲。这里是第一讲,其它四讲分别是:基因的基本结构、功能和调控,基因工程,基因诊断,基因治疗,将在本刊以后各期陆续刊出。
Medical molecular biology has progressed rapidly in the past decade. It is to explore the human body under normal and disease states of various biological macromolecules (such as proteins, enzymes, nucleic acids, etc.) of the structure and function and the law of interaction of science. Today’s medical research has gone deep into the molecular level. Molecular biological methods and methods have also been used in the diagnosis and treatment of many diseases, such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR), cloning techniques and large segment DNA Analysis and so on. Articles in order to meet clinical physicians on the basic knowledge of medical molecular biology and clinical understanding of the situation, specifically invited Tongji Medical University Medical Molecular Biology Laboratory several experts wrote this topic continuous lecture, a total of 5 stresses. Here are the first lecture, the other four stresses are: the basic structure of the gene, function and regulation, genetic engineering, gene diagnosis, gene therapy, will be published later in this issue.
