目的调查凉山彝族自治州(简称凉山州)彝、汉民族残疾人群的牙齿修复状况,为残疾人口腔健康教育及牙列缺损、牙列缺失的预防和治疗提供参考。方法参照第二次全国残疾人抽样调查残疾标准,结合世界卫生组织口腔健康调查基本方法制定流行病学抽样调查方案,收集凉山州46个乡镇残疾人(西昌市18个乡镇,布拖县14个乡镇、木里县8个乡镇、会理县6个)牙齿修复情况的横断面数据。结果共收集3186名残疾人口腔义齿修复资料,其中男性1921名,女性1265名;城市758名,乡村2428名;汉族2067名,彝族1119名,残疾人义齿修复率为14.6%,有义齿修复需求人数占64.5%;彝、汉两民族义齿修复比例和义齿修复需求均随年龄增加而增加,但义齿修复率(15.9%vs 13.8%)、义齿修复需求比例(63.9%vs 64.9%)均无统计学差异(P>0.05),城市居民义齿修复需求率(67.5%)高于乡村(63.6%),具有统计学差异(P<0.05);义齿修复率听力残疾人群最高(17.6%),义齿修复需求精神残疾人群最高(75.0%)。结论凉山州残疾人中14.6%已进行义齿修复,64.5%有义齿修复需求,需求率与民族无关。
Objective To investigate the status of dental restoration in Yi and Han ethnic groups in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture (referred to as Liangshan Prefecture), and to provide reference for oral health education, dentition defect and prevention and treatment of dentition defect. Methods According to the second disability standard of the disability survey of the disabled people in our country, the epidemiological sampling survey was made with the basic methods of World Health Organization Oral Health Survey, and 46 disabled people in township of Liangshan Prefecture (18 towns in Xichang City and 14 Township, Muli County township, Huili County 6) cross-sectional data on the situation of tooth restoration. Results A total of 3186 dental prostheses were collected, including 1921 males and 1265 females; 758 in cities and 2428 in villages; 2067 in Han and 1119 in Yi ethnicity. The rate of rehabilitative denture was 14.6% The number of dentures and denture repair both increased with the increase of age. However, the denture repair rate (15.9% vs 13.8%) and denture repair need ratio (63.9% vs 64.9%) had no statistics (P> 0.05). The denture repair rate of urban residents was 67.5% higher than that of rural areas (63.6%), with statistical difference (P <0.05). The denture repair rate was the highest (17.6% The disabled with the highest level of need (75.0%). Conclusion In Liangshan Prefecture, 14.6% of disabled persons have been undergoing denture repair, and 64.5% have denture repair needs. The demand rate has nothing to do with the ethnic groups.
