义乌工会社会化维权成效显著,劳资双方均受其益,证明工会社会化维权是调解劳资纠纷、化解劳资冲突的有效途径。经调查分析,维权内容社会化、维权职能专业化和维权过程法制化是该模式成功的要点。对此模式,一方面,应该看到具有中国工会维权制度创新的普遍意义;另一方面,也要看到,这是基于义乌经济发展产生的制度创新,是对已发生劳资纠纷解决的模式,具有区域性和阶段性。因此,工会维权还应在理念、三方机制、工会教育和冲突解决内部化方面进一步完善。
