1989年4月28日,鞍钢科技处组织有关专家对东北工学院、富拉尔基重机厂和本厂联合研制的第一初轧厂第一组连轧机主减速器中硬齿面渐开线齿轮裂纹修复通过了技术鉴定。鞍钢一初轧厂第一组连轧机5000kW主减速器是国内最大的连轧机主减速器。由于近年来国内市场小规格方坯、薄板坯需求增加,连轧机作业率不断提高,要求齿轮强度适应生产需要。
