顺应医院事业发展需求,推进日益增多的非在编职工加入工会工作,已成为医院工会需要创造性探讨的重要课题。对非在编职工基本情况和入会现状进行了解分析,研究适合医院实际情况的工作对策,是推进医院非在编职工入会的基础性工作。现就推进医院非在编职工加入工会工作的问题和对策进行总结分析。
Conforming to the needs of the development of the hospital, advancing the ever-increasing number of non-working staff members to join trade unions has become an important issue that hospital unions need to explore creatively.
