基于大功率煤矿倾斜下运带式输送机的技术特点和传动原理,给出了有关参数的设计方法。通过制动器力学模型的建立,导出制动力矩、做功和热容量之间的关系。以动态负载设置制动减速度,探讨了液压制动器安全在线监测系统的应用,分析回顾了已有制动装置的研究成果,比较其差异。对于大功率煤矿倾斜下运带式输送机制动装置必须采用可控制技术、制动减速度与动态负载适应,以满足煤矿安全生产要求。
Based on the technical characteristics and transmission principle of high-power coal mine inclined belt conveyor, the design method of the relevant parameters is given. Through the establishment of the brake mechanical model, the relationship between braking torque, work and heat capacity is deduced. The brake deceleration is set by dynamic load. The application of the on-line safety monitoring system for hydraulic brake is discussed. The research results of the existing brake devices are reviewed and compared. For high power coal mine inclined belt conveyor belt conveyor brake control device must be used to control, brake deceleration and dynamic load to meet the requirements of coal mine safety production.
