高标号混凝土(High Performance Concrete,高标号混凝土)由于具有高耐久性、高强度和高稳定性等许多优良特性,如今已在很多重要工程中被采用。绿色建筑也提出要求对高标号混凝土的使用。但是还由于高标号混凝土的独特性能,加上材料、操作工艺、技术等因素,在应用中还存在一些问题。这就需要我们对混凝土原材料、配合比、混凝土的生产、浇筑工艺、养护、后期收缩缝的控制等进行深入的研究。本文结合已有的资料和实际工作中的一些经验,对高标混凝土施工的收缩缝进行分析,并提出一些浅见,供参考。 High Performance Concrete (High Grade Concrete) is now used in many important projects due to its many excellent properties such as high durability, high strength and high stability. Green buildings also claim the use of high-grade concrete. However, due to the unique performance of high-grade concrete, coupled with the material, operation technology, technology and other factors, there are still some problems in the application. This requires our in-depth study of concrete raw materials, mix, concrete production, pouring process, conservation, control of post-shrinkage joints. Based on the existing data and some experiences in practical work, this paper analyzes the shrinkage cracks of high-grade concrete construction and puts forward some humble opinions for reference.
