本文从三个大方面阐述了中国改革开放的总设计师邓小平的改革观。首先,邓小平把“什么是社会主义,如何建设社会主义”问题放在改革的核心地位,提出了社会主义本质论;其次,把改革视为中国的第二次革命,指出了改革的整体性、复杂性和艰巨性;再次,设计了渐进改革的路线,推出了“摸石头过河”的分步走、稳妥务实的改革计划。邓小平的改革观体现了一个杰出战略家和设计大师的气魄和稳健。 This article elaborates the reform concept of Deng Xiaoping, the chief architect of China’s reform and opening up from three aspects. First of all, Deng Xiaoping put the issue of “what is socialism and how to build socialism” at the core of the reform and put forward the essence of socialism. Secondly, we regard the reform as the second revolution in China, pointing out the integrity of the reform, Complexity and arduousness. Thirdly, it designed the line of gradual reform and launched a step-by-step and steady and pragmatic reform plan of “walking across the river with stones.” Deng Xiaoping’s outlook on reform embodies the courage and stability of an outstanding strategist and design master.
