目的探讨无创机械通气治疗肺心病并发心力衰竭患者的效果。方法 67例肺心病并发心力衰竭随机分为两组:治疗组37例常规药物治疗+NPPV治疗;对照组30例常规药物治疗。治疗10d后比较两组血气及心脏彩超结果。结果治疗组和对照组治疗后PaO2分别为(90±5)mm Hg和(60±11)mm Hg(P<0.05),心脏指数分别为(2.27±0.24)min.m2及(1.43±0.25)min.m2(P<0.05)。结论无创机械通气联合药物治疗有助于改善肺心病并发心力衰竭患者的低氧血症及心功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of noninvasive mechanical ventilation on patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods 67 cases of pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group 37 cases of conventional drug therapy + NPPV treatment; the control group of 30 cases of conventional drug treatment. After 10 days of treatment, blood gas and cardiac ultrasound results were compared between the two groups. Results PaO2 was (90 ± 5) mm Hg and (60 ± 11) mm Hg respectively in the treatment group and the control group (P <0.05). The cardiac indexes were (2.27 ± 0.24) min.m2 and (1.43 ± 0.25) min.m2 (P <0.05). Conclusion Non-invasive mechanical ventilation combined with medical therapy can help to improve hypoxemia and heart function in patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure.
