我们曾在1973年第6期《金属矿山》介绍过我厂自制的水冷电磁式磁滑轮的构造和简单的使用情况。这里再将我厂使用磁滑轮的经济效果作一介绍。(一)原矿性质和碎矿流程我矿矿床成因属高温接触交代硅卡岩型矿床。矿石的主体为磁铁矿,此外还含有一部分赤铁矿、褐铁矿和少量黄铜矿、含钴黄铁矿等。脉石主要是辉石、云母、方解石、绿泥石等。矿石全部为坑内开采,矿石贫化率一般在16~22%。我厂碎矿流程如附图所示。原矿经900×1200毫米虎口破碎至-200毫米,经预先筛分筛出-12毫米细粒级(细粒湿料易堵漏斗,故须除去),然后给入φ1030×1045毫米磁滑轮
