采用改良转移包皮内板岛状皮瓣行尿道下裂一期成形术25例，均在行阴茎下曲矫正的同时完成尿道成形术。患者平均年龄5．8岁，尿道修复的平均长度为3．5cm。尿安和尿道狭窄的发生率均为8％。改良法能降低并发症。大部分病例阴茎外形及功能满意。 Twenty-five cases of primary hypospadias were performed with modified transplanted intramedullary island flap. All of them underwent urethroplasty while correcting the penile curvature. The mean age of patients was 5.8 years and the average length of urethral repairs was 3.5 cm. The incidence of urinary tract and urethral stricture were 8%. Improved method can reduce complications. Most cases of penis shape and function satisfactory.
