利用杂交转导把优质蛋白玉米控制赖氨酸合成的Opaque-2基因(o2基因)导入普通玉米种质,借助分子标记辅助选择创制o2近等基因系,探讨o2基因的遗传效应。结果表明,不同遗传背景普通玉米种质导入o2基因能大幅度提高第一限制性氨基酸赖氨酸含量,其他氨基酸含量也发生变化;热带、亚热带背景种质百粒重有所下降、百粒体积略有提高;温带背景种质百粒重及百粒体积都有较大幅度提高。研究认为,利用不同遗传背景普通玉米种质导入o2基因是扩增优质蛋白玉米基因源的有效方法。
Opaque-2 gene (o2 gene) synthesized by high-quality protein maize-controlled lysine was introduced into common maize germplasm by hybridization, and the o2 near-isogenic line was created by molecular marker-assisted selection to explore the genetic effect of o2 gene. The results showed that introduction of o2 gene from common maize germplasm with different genetic background could significantly increase the content of lysine in the first restricted amino acid and the content of other amino acids. The percentage of 100 kernel weight in tropical and subtropical germplasm decreased, Slightly increased; temperate background germplasm hundred weight and hundred volume have more substantial increase. The study suggests that the introduction of o2 gene from common maize germplasm with different genetic backgrounds is an effective method to amplify the gene source of high-quality protein maize.
