从2004年1月1日起,《内地与香港关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》(CEPA)协议实施以来,内地给予优惠进口的货物逐季增加,香港受惠领域逐渐扩大。据海关统计,第一季度经内地口岸实际验放的香港CEPA 项下货物总值为1.7亿港元,第二季度为2亿港元,第三季度为2.8亿港元,累计实际进口6.5亿港元,免征关税4446.8万元人民币。据了解,CEPA 实施后,香港的制造业不断回迁,外来的投资额逐渐增多,促进了香港经济的发展
