由著名经济学家、四川省政协副主席辛文任主编,西南财经大学教授、博士生导师袁文平任副主编及四川省一批经济学家共同参加完成的学术专著《内陆地区改革开放研究》,于1995年6月由四川大学出版社出版。 本书是国家“八五”社会科学基金课题的研究成果。研究内陆地区改革开放的文章在全国公开发表的还不多见,对此类问题进行全面系统地研究,本课题还是第一次。本项目研究成果的主要特色和创新之处在于: 一是坚持以马克思主义特别是发展了的马克思主义即邓小平同志的建设有中国特色社会主义理论为指导,把内陆地区改革开放问题,放在国际经济竞争和我国构建社会主义市场经济体制的大背景下,放在全国经济、社会发展的总体格局中,第一次界定了“内陆地区”这个概念及本课题研究的范围,具体分析了内陆地区在全国经济、社会等方面的战略地位,深入探讨了内陆地区改革开放的主要内容及所要达到的目标和途径。认为加速这个地区的改革开放,加快其经济发展的步伐,才有利于缩小同沿海地区经济发展水平上的差距,促进区域间经济的协调发展,实现全国各地区人民的共同富裕,体现社会主义的本质,保证社会稳定。 二是遵循解放思想、实事求是、一切从实际出发的思想路线,从内陆地区的具体条件出发,探索了这个地区改革开?
